IGN Awards 2024: The Nominees

As the end of the year quickly approaches, it’s time once again to look to the best of the best in pop culture from the past 12 months. From games to movies to TV and beyond, we all played, watched, streamed and read a lot of great stuff in 2024. There was the amazing combat of Black Myth: Wukong, the jaw-dropping sci-fi of Dune: Part Two, and the twists and turns of Prime Video’s Fallout Season 1. Horror hit The Substance wrecked our worlds – and our appetites – while Shogun enthralled us with its historical fiction set in feudal Japan. Indiana Jones gave us his most thrilling adventure in years in The Great Circle, and Cormac McCarthy’s The Road took on new life in comics form. Today we present the full list of nominees for the 2024 IGN Awards. On Monday, Dec. 16, and continuing throughout that week we will announce the winners of Best Movie, Best TV Show, Best Anime, and more, culminating in a livestream on Friday, Dec. 20, where we will unveil IGN’s Game of the Year.
